Mar ‘04–Present Microsoft Corporation Redmond,
WA Nov’07–Present Microsoft HealthVault I’m program manager on the core server platform of HealthVault. I gather
requirements and define the scope of various features of HealthVault
web-service. In addition, my role involves working closely with Partners (Medical
Companies) and Developers to help them design and implement their Health Solutions
on HealthVault. As the owner of Developer Experience, I manage all aspects of
the SDLC of a team comprising of 4+ developer and 3 SDETs. I share my code
and inside view of the technology on a popular blog http://healthblog.vitraag.com. Nov ‘05–Nov ‘07 Windows Mobile Core OS Software Design Engineer I owned and developed a small operating system
derived from Windows CE. Worked on improving a diff-ing algorithm for
CE images. Improved the performance in an OEM case from 30 hours to 5
minutes. Engaged actively with OEMs & Operators in troubleshooting. As a
key participant in Window Mobile Core OS team, I was one of the first
developers to work on getting Windows Mobile 7 working on reference hardware. Mar ‘04–Nov’05 Windows PowerShell Software Design Engineer / Test Wrote a package manager for PowerShell scripts
which allows user to grab scripts from internet via Web Services. Developed a
stress testing framework for the shell. |
